Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Opened personal care or hygiene products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
